Report: Kazmir Likely To Start Game 1 vs. Hamels

Earlier I wrote that James Shields might go in game one, on three-days rest, for the Rays. Looks like that won’t be the case. Scott Kazmir is likely to be the game one starter, with Shields pitching game two. The Phillies will give Cole Hamels the ball in game one, followed by Brett Myers in game two.
