Rays, Burrell Agree To 2Y/$16M Contract

Ken Rosenthal of FOXSports is reporting the Rays are near a deal with Pat Burrell for two years and $16 million.

The Phillies signed Raul Ibanez earlier in the offseason for three years and $31.5 million.
