I voted for “he’ll do well” but my expectations for the next month or so are “he’ll do alright.”

I picked the do well formidable one.

Although I dont see this line up with him and Utley as formidable like 2008.
If it can just be an average National League line up the team can win the WS.

    I see .280 12-15 homers 60-65 RBIs in what 110 games?

Which comparing to the other corner outfield options makes him look like Ted Williams.

He’ll do fairly well. It will help out the lineup, but it won’t make it formidable unless others step up.

Let’s not get ahead of ourselves, it looks like he’s going to be a platoon player for a while.

He will be successful…..bat .304, hit 24 hrs, drive in 88 runs. He will win ROY honors once CHarlie gives him an everyday position

If he does that the Phils will win the division easily

      24 homers and 88 RBI in 100 -110 games

Would possibly garner him eague MVP

Now that would be sweet. The phils really need something like that too.

Can I come to the fantasy world you all live in. What has Dom done in the majors that makes you think he is going to be that good this year. He still has a big loopy swing with a few holes in it. He will platoon until Vic comes back and do not be surprised if he is sent down again. It will not be Ben Fran, so it will be either Brown or Mayberry unless you think when Chase and Vic come back they will send Orr and Valdez down leaving just Martinez to back up the infield that willnot happen. So enjoy your 2-3 weeks of Dom and unless he hits 350 and 5 hrs he will be back in AAA

    I thought my .280 12 60 was very optimisic

I am trying that now as the offense is struggling completely
He would have to flop or get hurt to be sent down. The others havent stepped up at all.

Have you seen the stats of the corner outfielders?
He could play poorly and out shine them.

What will happen is Ibanez or Mayberry or Fransisco will be dealt for a bag of used balls.

Unless Brown hits under .200 for 3 weeks hes here to stay and will be playing every day except maybe against occasional lefties.
