The Phillies look to get back-to-back wins tonight after winning the first game of the series last night, 7-2. John Mayberry Jr. will get his third start in a row, and he’s been on a pretty nice hot streak. Over his last five games, he’s hitting .381/.409/1.048 with 10 runs batted in and four home runs.

Joe Blanton will be on the mound for the Phils, and he’s made two starts against the Rockies in his career, going 1-0 with a 5.23 ERA. He struggled early on in 2012, but he is coming off a complete game against the Twins where he allowed just one run. An outing like that would be fantastic tonight.

Alex White will pitch for the Rockies, and he’s coming off a start against the Athletics where he tossed four innings while giving up two runs. He has posted a 5.56 ERA this year, and while that number may be inflated a bit due to pitching at Coors Field, it’s still not good. None of the Phillies players have ever faced White, except for Mike Fontenot, who won’t be in tonight’s lineup. That means that it will be feast or famine for the Phils offense tonight, seeing as how new pitchers either shut them down or get eaten alive by the Phils hitters.

Lineup: Rollins SS, Pierre LF, Pence RF, Ruiz C, Victorino CF, Polanco 3B, Mayberry 1B, Martinez 2B, Blanton P
