A Note for Today:

Prior to the game, relief pitcher Justin De Fratus was optioned to Triple-A Lehigh Valley, and Luis Garcia was called up. Garcia could just be up for today, as Mike Adams is expected to be activated off the DL tomorrow. De Fratus had a 7.20 ERA in five innings this year. Ben Revere will rest for a third straight game, as Tony Gwynn Jr gets the start in center. Carloz Ruiz will get a day off as well. Chase Utley, after adding two doubles last night,  is currently batting .472 and getting on base at a .537 clip.

    I’m really starting to dislike this new tv deal. I used to be able watch Sunday games on PHL. Now they get bumped to TCN because of flyers or Sixers. Cable providers I have don’t carry that damn channel.

    The Rookie im with you i would catch the occasional game on 17 now none. Im not much of a TV person and i been debating upgrading my other option would be over to GF who gets free cable (works for them) but she lives 30 min away.
