Many, many thanks to a number of sources, including the host team’s website for informing us of the Delaware Valley weather along the lines of whether they are conducive to playing ball.

    I care…but…

don’t nobody know how to write a press release no more?

All I hear around this time of year is how important Jackie Robinson Day is. And it is, but why do they pound that into us, and then not tell us whether the Phils and Braves will all wear number 42 tomorrow, or since the game won’t be rescheduled until later in the year, will you need to have at least weak baseball viewing skills to know the difference between Freddie Freeman and Justin Upton later this year.

Important stuff. Maybe not as important as Omar Infante (a 1 time Charlie Manuel all-star choice) has now doubled the Kansas City homer total for the season, but important, nonetheless.

As they say in the trade, #42.
