Aaron Harang was placed on the 15-day DL list which makes room for our starter tonight, Chad Billingsley.
The Phillies will look to take one game of this horrendous series from Matt Garza who has had a rough year so far. Garza will pitch opposite Chad Billingsley, who will get another look on the mound to see where he stands for the future and his capabilities.
The Phillies offense was able to collect 10 hits on the night, scoring 5 runs…too bad Aaron Harang was giving up hits to everyone, letting 8 runs score and giving up 14 hits to opposing batters.
Odubel Herrera gets the start in center field again today, along with the lead off spot on the lineup card.
