The gun is showing his 'fastball' is only at 86-88 mph.

Comment by: AC in NJ on Gamenight: Phillies (78-64) At Mets (79-63):
Smith - if the Mets go 15-4 or 14-5 the rest of the way, then they deserve it. I don't see it happening. Go Phils!

Comment by: SJ Mike on Gamenight: Phillies (78-64) At Mets (79-63):
I'm just hoping the Brewers can continue their slump and the Nats continue their mini-hot streak into NY. But nothing is ever guaranteed in this funky game.

Comment by: AC in NJ on Gamenight: Phillies (78-64) At Mets (79-63):
What do you think about keeping Burrell next year? I know it's hard to replace those type of numbers, but he is too cold at the wrong times, and I think paying him the type of $$ he'd command just is a bad investment.

Comment by: TJ on Gamenight: Phillies (78-64) At Mets (79-63):
I hate the ESPN announcers. Joe Morgan again? Torture. Go Phils, and pity all of you that counted the phils out. Here come the 'other' fans out of the wood work.

Comment by: Chutley on Gamenight: Phillies (78-64) At Mets (79-63):
AHHHHHHH LETS GO PHILS..... and how bout those E-A-G-L-E-S EAGLES today

Comment by: Philly Dude on Gamenight: Phillies (78-64) At Mets (79-63):

Comment by: Mike T. on Gamenight: Phillies (78-64) At Mets (79-63):
wow, mets fans are so ugly.

Comment by: SJ Mike on Gamenight: Phillies (78-64) At Mets (79-63):
Gotta love how ESPN had to make sure they continued their love affairs of Tom Brady and Brett Favre up until the very last second.

Comment by: NEPA on Gamenight: Phillies (78-64) At Mets (79-63):
As long as I don't miss a pitch I'm fine. The less Morgan and Miller, the better.

Comment by: SJ Mike on Gamenight: Phillies (78-64) At Mets (79-63):
Apparently Wagner was shut down after one batter during a simulated game today....

Comment by: SJ Mike on Gamenight: Phillies (78-64) At Mets (79-63):
Way to deliver Howard! Great first inning run!

Comment by: Tim Malcolm on Gamenight: Phillies (78-64) At Mets (79-63):
Big knock, big man!

Comment by: NEPA on Gamenight: Phillies (78-64) At Mets (79-63):
That's what I like to see from Howard.

Comment by: Mike T. on Gamenight: Phillies (78-64) At Mets (79-63):
listen to the mets fans, they are absolutely clueless.

Comment by: SJ Mike on Gamenight: Phillies (78-64) At Mets (79-63):
Come on, Pat. Gotta tack on more here.

Comment by: PhilPhan on Gamenight: Phillies (78-64) At Mets (79-63):
get to an ace early, it often the only chance you'll get

Comment by: Richie Allen on Gamenight: Phillies (78-64) At Mets (79-63):
would be a good time for Pat to get a clutch hit

Comment by: danny on Gamenight: Phillies (78-64) At Mets (79-63):
You SUCK PAT! Get out of Philly. Also, dumb job of acting on that 3-2 slider down the pike. What a joke.

Comment by: NEPA on Gamenight: Phillies (78-64) At Mets (79-63):
I love Victorino in this spot.

Comment by: SJ Mike on Gamenight: Phillies (78-64) At Mets (79-63):
Even though Pat struck out, I do like the hitter's approach right now. Force him to throw fastballs in the strike zone because his changeup is all over the place.

Comment by: Joshua on Gamenight: Phillies (78-64) At Mets (79-63):
That won't work for long, becasue it's not like santana is Olvier perez, he'll come back in inning 2 with his changeup right where he wants.

Comment by: danny on Gamenight: Phillies (78-64) At Mets (79-63):
Brady out for the year. I'm gonna miss rooting against him this year.
