Hes a location sinkerballer. He doesnt have the stuff to overcome being pinched at this point in his carreer. If you have to throw it over the middle of the plate in the happy zone to get a strike called, then youre going to get knocked around unless youre stuff is just plain filthy. The NL East is just a garbage division, plain and simple. The Phillies have to win this division, its simply not that good at all. Thats exactly right, rob. The phillies have failed to capitalize on several strong performances from him this year, as well as ALL of their other starters. I estimate AT LEAST 12-18 wins have been squandered by the offense failling to score AT ALL for strong starting potiching performances. Kendrick is the least of their problems.
