Yeah and then you got the wonderful late 90s. Makes you appreciate good baseball – I have very few memories of these cause my dad never watched out of frustration. I had to digest the paper myself with no idea what was going on.

Mike D, yeah i did pitch aha, i was actually pitching Tuesday at Practice to my little brother and his friends… I always threw hard, but was kind of erratic. I did okay.

I was destroyed from baseball for about 5 years after the Phillies lost the 93 series. I went int he military in 1995 and did not follow them until 98 when I was done with my time!

Mike D, I pause my DVR and sync it. It only sucks if my wife is watching it in the other room and I hear her first. Like last year when Blanton hit the Home Run

I did not know how mych I missed the Philly feed until I had to listen to the San Diego broadcasters. Now Ted Letiner sounds like Billy Shatner.

I would…but I actually can’t STAND the delay. I love listening to Merrill Reese/Mike Quick for Eagles games…but syncing up with the TV is tough because of the delay, even with them. And I still love to hate on Wheels LOL.

Epically failing with RISP and losing a close game…seems to be a theme of the baseball gods, no?
