Ibanez Pushed Back Again

Posted by Amanda Orr, Thu, July 02, 2009 03:22 PM

Yesterday, Raul Ibanez was scheduled to make a rehab appearance in Reading.  The Phillies said Ibanez had no setbacks, but his rehab start was pushed back to today.  The rehab start will have to wait one more day as it was once again pushed back a day.

Ibanez has a workout today, and if it goes well, he could play in Reading tomorrow.

Typical Phillies. Just say he will not play til after the All-Star break. My god

It’s cautionary, so they say. But he definitely could have tweaked something and the Phils are trying to play it off. That’s how Amaro rolls.

Luckily the Mets are busy blowing their game against those pesky Pirates.

    K-Rod blew another save

Luckily the Mets won it in 10. I’d be more concerned with the Braves and Marlins right now. They aren’t missing 60% of their team.
