Man i hope its a win tonght. I get goosebumps just thinking about having a game tomorrow. I will be a walking living 6 foot 3 260 pound mess if theres a game tomorrow. But I want there to be more than anything I ever wanted in my life.

  2. Morris Buttermaker Says:

I am so excited for tonight’s game that I would be willing to give up a year’s worth of Sunday dinners with my girlfriend’s family for a win tonight. Yep, I would give up that just for the Phillies to win.

The part that makes me nervous is that I am pretty confident the Phillies are going to win. I am not used to this.

  3. Andrew Says:

Morris if they win you should take Amanda Whurlitzer out on the town.

All analysts thinking Yankees are going to win tonight = everyone knowing an ant can’t move a rubber tree plant!

But we had…sing it with me!

Burgess Meridth in the beginning of the scene is inadverently hilarious. I think it’s actually a blooper that didn’t get reshot. It totally looks like, after he yells “what are we waitng for” that he forgot his line a rushed out of the shot…Everytime I see it I crack up.
