Phillies Re-Sign Durbin For 2009; Howard Remains

The Phillies and Chad Durbin have agreed to a one-year, $1.635 million contract, according to Todd Zolecki.

That leaves Ryan Howard as the only remaining player eligible for arbitration.

And he should go to the table.
