Phillies look to right the ship with eight game home stand, inexpensive tickets available

Philadelphia Phillies tickets for tonight’s home stand opener currently carries the least expensive average ticket price of any game of the home stand, checking in at $55 dollars. It is by far the cheapest game of the series, with tomorrow’s contest carrying an average price of $67 dollars, Saturday at $82, and Sunday at $72.

All four games of the series price below the Phillies home season average of $91 dollars, with the series as a whole carrying an average of $69 dollars, 24% below the season average.

As is often the case with Friday/Saturday games, despite the average ticket prices seemingly not that high, these two games carry get-in prices of $20 and $27 dollars respectively. Sunday’s game, despite being nationally televised on ESPN’s Sunday Night Baseball, has tickets available for as little as $11 bucks.

Average ticket prices for the Pittsburgh Pirates series kicking off on Monday drop back down into the 60s. With no weekend game on tap within the series, they are all similarly priced between $62 and $68 dollars. Tuesday’s contest is responsible for the lowest average price within the series, and also carries the lowest get-in price at just $10. Thursday’s 1:05pm matinee is the highest priced at $68 dollars, but the get-in price of $13 is still lower than Monday’s season opener, which carries a get-in price of $15 dollars.

The average ticket price for the entire Pirates series checks in at $65 dollars, 29% below the Phillies season average.
