Phillies Home Opener PPD Until Tuesday at 4:05

Press release from the Phillies:

Tomorrow’s Home Opener between the Phillies and Milwaukee Brewers has been postponed and rescheduled for Tuesday, April 8 at 4:05 p.m. Monday’s game has been postponed due to a weather forecast for considerable rain all Monday afternoon.

Since the Phillies’ schedule has a built-in rain protection date for Tuesday, April 8, the decision was made to reschedule the game for that date which has a forecast for clear weather.

All tickets for the April 7 game will be honored for entry into the April 8 game. All gates, including Ashburn Alley, will open at 1:35 p.m.

All Opening Day pregame festivities, including the Citizens Bank Way Opening Day Party and on-field performances, will take place on the rescheduled game date. The Citizens Bank Way Opening Day Party will now begin at 1:00 p.m.

In addition, all fans will receive a Citizens Bank Park Commemorative Banner, compliments of Modell’s Sporting Goods.

Phillies fans, plan accordingly. New start time, new gate opening.
