Cincinnati Reds (18-21) at Philadelphia Phillies (17-21)

Starting Pitchers:
CIN: Alfredo Simon (4-2, 2.89)
vs.
PHI: Kyle Kendrick (0-3, 3.98)

Time: 7:05, Citizens Bank Park
TV: CSN
Weather: Showers, 65
Media: Twitter and Facebook

A Note for Tonight:

This is certainly a winnable series for the Phillies as the Reds are missing the heart of their order in Joey Votto and Jay Bruce. Votto did not make the trip to Philadelphia, he’s out with a quad strain. Let’s see if they can take advantage.

Ben Revere is out tonight, dealing with a stomach virus. Jimmy Rollins slides up a spot and hopefully can use his .357 OBP to his advantage. Revere’s OBP is a lowly .284.

Lineup:

Rollins SS / Ruiz C / Utley 2B / Howard 1B / Byrd RF / Brown LF / Mayberry CF / Asche 3B / Kendrick P
