The righty is coming off one of his best performances of the season against Seattle and has won his last 4 starts. Meanwhile the Nationals as a team have won 12 of their last 13 home games. This does not bode well for the Phillies who, despite sweeping the Nats last week in Philly, have struggled against Strasburg.
