Specifically, Kelly looks at a new proposal that would have teams play in three separate states.

    I think a big problem with having baseball played in Dome stadiums is that you’ll have 40 to 50 thousand people some Infected some not infected breathing the same air inhaling and exhaling the same air and I’m not sure players going to be part of that either.

    We’ve lost a month of the season… It’s well past the time MLB/Manfred start discussing more than aspirations for the season..It’s time for a plan. Arizona League Plan. Cactus League/Grapefruit League Plan. Three State Plan. A Hybrid Plan.. Get SOMETHING going. You’re not going to make every owner, player or fan happy. So move on and do the best you can… To get to a first pitch, MLB teams will need 21-days at a bare minimum. Likely closer to 30. Let’s GO…
