Bryce Harper got off to a 111.8 mph start after missing yesterday’s game with lower back stiffness.

Harper’s 425-foot homer put the Phillies on the board in the first inning 1-0. Harper has come close to three other home runs this season.

On Opening Day at Citizens Bank Park, Harper had a fly ball into deep left field knocked by the wind.

Last Friday, April 16 against the Cardinals, Harper hit two warning track fly balls, both of which were also hit directly into the teeth of the wind. They had a .980 and .990 xBA respectively.

After getting clobbered on Saturday 9-4, the Phillies will be glad to take the early lead on Sunday.
