Bryce Harper just can’t miss right now.

In an event that evokes images of dead birds and Randy Johnson, Harper hit a ball that struck another ball in midair during batting practice today:

Since April 16, Harper has hit four home runs, batted .483 and slugged exactly 1.000. All of this came with a semi-reasonable .476 BABIP. He entered the day with a 1.2 fWAR, which Phillies Nation’s Tim Kelly noted is fifth in baseball.
