The 2022 Major League Baseball draft continues on Tuesday afternoon. with rounds 11-20 taking place on Day 3 of the event.

After selecting high school outfielder Justin Crawford in the first round on Sunday night, the Phillies targeted mostly college players on Day 2 on Monday.

Phillies Nation will be tracking who the Phillies pick in the final 10 rounds below:

  • Round 11 — No. 332: Emaarion Boyd, outfielder, South Panola High School (Miss.)

The 18-year-old Boyd is a 6-foot center fielder with solid right-handed, line-drive bat. The Perfect Game top high school player in the state of Mississippi, he is committed to Northwest Mississippi Community College.

  • Round 12 — No. 362: Jordan Dissin, catcher, Saddleback College

Dissin is a local product, a native of Pottstown and high school graduate of Malvern Prep. The catcher began his college career at Richmond before heading to Saddleback College in California.

  • Round 13 — No. 392: Cade Fergus, outfielder, George Washington

Fergus tapped into his power this season at George Washington, blasting 13 of his 19 career home runs in 2022 as he was named first team All-Atlantic 10.

  • Round 14 — No. 422: Bryan Rincon, shortstop, Shaler Area High School (Pittsburgh)

A switch-hitting shortstop, Rincon is an incredibly smooth defender for his age with plus speed up the middle as well.

  • Round 15 — No. 452: Troy Schreffler, outfielder, Maryland

Another Pennsylvania kid, Schreffler is from Harrisburg, attending Central Dauphin High School. He was a third-team All-Big Ten selection this past season and was also named to the all-conference tournament team.

  • Round 16 — No. 482: Josh Bortka, pitcher, Central Missouri

Bortka, a right-handed reliever, had a 2.96 ERA in 17 appearances this season, striking out a staggering 15.2 batters per nine.

  • Round 17 — No. 512: Daniel Harper, pitcher, Kentucky

A 6-foot-4, 225 pound righty, Harper spent five seasons at the University of Kentucky, primarily pitching as a reliever. He found the most success in his graduate year of 2022, posting a 2.72 ERA across 36 1/3 innings.

  • Round 18 — No. 542: Braylen Wimmer, second base, South Carolina

In three seasons at South Carolina, the 21-year-old slashed .286/.333/.465 with 18 home runs, 71 RBIs, 28 walks and a .798 OPS.

  • Round 19 — No. 572: Drew Garrett, pitcher, Missouri

After two seasons at Johnson County Community College (Kansas), Garrett posted a 10.80 ERA in 12 relief appearances over two seasons at the University of Missouri. The 22-year-old is 6-foot-6, 205 pounds.

  • Round 20 — No. 602: Nathan Karaffa, pitcher, Ohio State

It’s interesting, Karaffa didn’t pitch until his third season as a Buckeye, but evidently something intrigues the Phillies about him on the mound, because he was announced as a pitcher, not a position player. The Toronto native went 3-1 with a 6.35 ERA in 25 relief appearances for Ohio State in 2022.
