Phillies vs. Braves NLDS media guide: Announcers, channel & more

After defeating the St. Louis Cardinals in the NLWCS, the Philadelphia Phillies are now set to take on the division-rival Atlanta Braves in the NLDS. Here’s everything you need to know before the series gets started.

What Is The Format Of The National League Wild Division Series?

The Phillies and Braves will play a best-of-five series to determine who moves onto the NLCS. Games 1 and 2 will be at Truist Park in Atlanta, before the series shifts to Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia. Game 4, if necessary, will also be in Philly. If a win-or-go-home Game 5 if necessary, the NLDS will shift back to Atlanta.

  • Game 1 on Tuesday, Oct. 11 in Atlanta: 1:07 p.m. ET
  • Game 2 on Wednesday, Oct. 12 in Atlanta: 4:35 p.m. ET
  • Game 3 on Friday, Oct. 14 in Philadelphia: 4:37 p.m. ET
  • Game 4 on Saturday, Oct. 15 in Philadelphia (if necessary): 2:07 p.m. ET
  • Game 5 on Sunday, Oct. 16 in Atlanta (if necessary): 4:37 p.m. ET (Game could be moved to 6:07 p.m. ET if either the Cleveland Guardians-New York Yankees ALDS and/or Los Angeles Dodgers-San Diego Padres NLDS have already concluded, per Scott Lauber of The Philadelphia Inquirer.

What TV Channel Will The Phillies-Braves NLDS Be On?

The first two games of the NLDS will be on FOX. Game 3 will be on FS1, as will Games 4 and 5, if they are necessary.

Who Will The TV Announcers Be For The Phillies-Braves NLDS?

Joe Davis — the TV voice of the Los Angeles Dodgers — is now FOX‘s top MLB announcer, with the departure of Joe Buck. Davis and Hall of Famer John Smoltz, who played for the Braves for 20 years, will be the TV announcers for this NLDS.

What Radio Station Will The Phillies-Braves NLDS Be On?

Games 1, 2 and 3 will be on SportsRadio 94 WIP, as will Game 4 if it is necessary. If there is a Game 5, it’s possible that it could get bumped to 1210 WPHT with the Eagles scheduled to host the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday Night Football the same night. If you are in the Philadelphia area, the games can be streamed on the free Audacy app.

Who Will The Radio Announcers Be For The Phillies-Braves NLDS?

Scott Franzke and Larry Anderson will be the radio announcers for the entire series.
