The likely best case scenario still leaves the Phillies with the No.3 seed and having to play in the wild card vs Arizona or San Diego or even the Cubs.The only value at first glance seems to be the possibility that the 2-3 winner knocks off the Brewers and sets up home field should the Phillies defeat the Dodgers in the Division Series.

At the beginning of this year, I predicted a little over .500 team, who lose again in the playoffs. Oh, I wish I were wrong. Just look at this stat…. The won and loss column for day games.

I don’t think many people have Peacock, so I guess we have to miss a playoff game. All sports have really done a great job of alienating the fans.
