Comment Policy

PhilliesNation.com is a site for the most fanatical Phillies fans to share ideas, absorb information, and rant with impunity.

Comments that include strong profanity or personal attacks or other inappropriate comments or material will be removed from the site. Generalized team stereotypes such as “Mets fans are stupid” or “Braves fans are phonies” are perfectly acceptable.

The point here is to have fun, continue a discuss or make a point. Breaking these guidelines will only succeed in making yourself look dumb in front of a lot of people. So if you have a question as to whether something is appropriate just ask yourself these two questions: “Is it smart? Is it nice?” If you said yes to either of one those questions then yes, by all means, please post your comment. If no, then be prepared to be shamed or deleted.

Additionally, entries that are unsigned or contain “signatures” by someone other than the actual author may be removed.

Finally, we will take steps to block users who violate our comment policy or any other policies governing this site. Please review the full rules governing commentaries and discussions. You are fully responsible for the content that you post.
